Gerlingen \/ Ludwigsburg \/ Stuttgart, June 10, 2025<\/strong> \u2013 Stotz Feinmesstechnik GmbH is taking another important step in its strategic realignment. The District Court of Ludwigsburg has officially opened the restructuring process under self-administration. This means the company’s management retains control over day-to-day operations and will be supported by a preliminary insolvency monitor.<\/p>\n

Dr. Markus Schuster from Schultze & Braun has been appointed by the court as the preliminary insolvency monitor. The goal is to secure the company’s long-term future and continue the restructuring measures already underway.<\/p>\n

Self-administration allows the company to actively shape the process while safeguarding the interests of creditors.<\/p>\n

As of January 1, 2025, INTUS Elektronik GmbH has become part of BETESO Group GmbH \u2013 and thus a sister company of STOTZ Feinmesstechnik. We are very pleased to welcome INTUS to our corporate group!<\/p>\n

The acquisition took place as part of the insolvency proceedings of the former parent company, FIDELITAS Industrieholding GmbH. Thanks to its integration into the BETESO Group, the site in G\u00f6ppingen will remain operational \u2013 including all jobs. A strong signal for continuity and long-term security.<\/p>\n

INTUS brings many years of experience in electronics development \u2013 a valuable expertise that perfectly complements our group network. Together, we aim to leverage synergies, learn from one another, and actively shape the future.<\/p>\n
